Working Together
Is
coaching for you?
This is a question that only you can answer.
The bottom line is this...
if you keep doing what you've always
done, then you'll keep getting what you've always got. Using a professional life coach is a commitment to yourself and to
finding ways to do the things that are important to you.
So if you’re not willing to do something to improve your current
situation, coaching won’t be the right path for you at this time. If your concern is
about not knowing exactly what action you need to take right now,
don’t worry -
that’s where coaching will help you.
How do you find the right coach?
-
Identify your key
search criteria, for example....
Do you want to work face to face, via the telephone or online? Is the gender of your coach important to
you?
-
Look for someone who has experience or insight into the specific
problems or challenges you face.
-
Look
around their website to get a feel for who they are, their background, qualifications and coaching style.
-
Talk to them....it's all about the relationship. One of the keys
to coaching is chemistry and the only way to discover this, is
to talk first before making the decision.
-
Trust your instincts.
Am I the right coach for you?
I’m
aware of just how difficult it is to 'connect' with someone through
the pages of a website but I hope you feel you now know a little
more about me and my coaching style. For my part, I think we
could make a good coaching partnership if you…
-
are consciously looking to make some changes
-
are aware that you have the potential to do ‘more’
-
are prepared to take action
-
feel your time is now!
The thought of initiating any sort of change can be
overwhelming but if you don't feel ready just now, please don't leave without doing
something. So, I'd like to offer you
a couple of ways to "try before you
buy..."
-
Book
a free 20 minute coaching consultation
You may like my website, its tone and its
message..... but you're perhaps still not sure
if the Finding a Future That Fits programme is
right for you, or which option would be best?
Well, why not
book a free 20-minute consultation?
This gives you a chance to ask your
questions and we can have an exploratory chat
to look what's going on for you at present and
discuss ways in which I may be able
to help you. It's an opportunity to get a taste of how I work and
see if I am the right
coach for you. There is no obligation whatsoever -
there's
absolutely no point
choosing a coach you don't feel compatible with or a
coaching programme that won't offer the
solutions you seek.
